Do I get a receipt for my order?
Yes. A confirmation email with your order number and a full receipt goes out as soon as the order is placed.
Do you have a shop location?
No. We are an online supplier with no shop or showroom, which is how the prices stay where they are.
Do your products come with warranty?

Can I return my item?

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will get an email with a tracking number the moment it leaves us. Items in one order can travel in separate parcels.
