Where we deliver

We deliver right across New Zealand, to every state and territory. Delivery times vary by location.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more, measured on the basket total after any discount. Below that, a flat $25.00 delivery charge applies, and that figure includes tax. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step.

Below $100 there is one rate, and it is the $25.00 above. Once your order reaches $100 delivery is free, and you can still choose to pay $25.00 for the express service if you want it. We do not publish a faster transit time for it, so if speed is what you need, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.

How long it takes

Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours, followed by an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit within New Zealand. Delivery times vary by location.

Our delivery partners

Your order is sent tracked, and the carrier is chosen when it is dispatched. You get the carrier's name and a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves us.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will get an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped. We do not have a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you before then.

Once you have your number you can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.

Separate parcels

Items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If part of an order has arrived and you are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it.
