Who you are buying from
This site is operated by Plastic Plant Company New Zealand, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Our Registered address and our registered address are both on the contact page.
Using this site
You may use this site to browse and to buy. You may not copy, republish or resell its content, images or product copy, and you may not use it to do anything unlawful or anything that interferes with it working for other people.
You need to be 18 or over to place an order.
Orders
Adding something to your basket is not a contract. The contract is formed when we accept your order, which is when we email you to confirm it has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.
We may refuse or cancel an order where the price or description was obviously wrong, where the goods are unavailable, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are the price you are charged. Delivery is shown separately in your basket before you pay: free over $100, otherwise $25.00. Payment is by card or PayPal through a secure checkout, and your card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach this site.
Delivery
See the shipping page. In short: one service, 5 to 7 days after 24 to 48 hours of handling, tracked, New Zealand wide.
Cancelling and returning
See refunds and returns. Our voluntary policy allows change-of-mind returns within 15 days from delivery for unused products in their original packaging, with no cancellation or handling fee. You pay change-of-mind return postage. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 guarantees for faulty or misdescribed goods are separate, not limited to 15 days and do not require original packaging; we pay return postage for faulty goods.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Sizes and materials are the supplier's figures, and colour can vary slightly between production runs.
Nothing on this site is a professional specification. We make no safety-certification or building-code claim for anything we sell, and none should be inferred.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where anything here conflicts with those rights, those rights win.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of New Zealand and the Commonwealth of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the state or territory where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
